Terms and Conditions
The Donor(s) understand that this is an irrevocable gift, which will be used to establish and maintain a charitable fund, subject to the governing documents and bylaws. The fund may also receive additional contributions. Consistent with the charitable purposes of the fund, distributions will be used primarily to provide scholarships in accordance with the program guidelines and the Policies and Procedures for the scholarship program, as amended from time to time.
