AGENTS OF CHANGE

Who We Are

The Agents of Change Scholarship Fund was established to tackle the ever-growing financial barrier to education. Students should be able to focus on their studies without worrying about financial aid and the stresses of not having enough funds to complete their respective degree programs. By removing the financial barrier to higher education, we level the playing field and allow students to receive the knowledge necessary to be the very best in their chosen careers. Subsequently, the quality of professionals across industries will improve and the pool of talented individuals in the workplace will grow. The Agents of Change Scholarship Fund endeavors to increase accessibility to higher education one scholarship at a time.

Our Founder

Izoria Fields is a Brooklyn native with a passion for youth and education. Izoria believes that every person should have access to a quality education, regardless of their current socio-economic status. When she was in the 5th grade, Izoria decided that she wanted to be an accountant. Once she researched the steps she needed to take in order to make her dream a reality, she created a plan and executed it. Izoria attended Howard University in Washington, DC, where she majored in accounting and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Upon graduating from Howard with her BBA Izoria continued her education at Hult International Business School. She studied in London, Dubai and Shanghai on her quest to obtain her MBA with a concentration in International Business. The business education that she received at said institutions of higher education has aided Izoria in becoming the accountant, entrepreneur, and philanthropist that she endeavored to be פתח. While pursuing her formal education, Izoria came to the realization that many students are unable to reach their educational goals due to financial issues. Subsequently, Izoria decided that she will be a part of the solution to this problem by establishing the Agents of Change Scholarship Fund.
